я тоже думаю что призидент попутал в отношении закона как можно запретить духовно-нравственую культуру как ислам запретить изучать с детства вообще когда весь мир диградирует благодаря отсутствию какраз таки духовного воспитания с детства президент таджикистана принимает закон о моральном распаде мусульман с детства марионетка в руках безбожников
