FYI, I was forced to remove DynamicPageList from ru.wikinews temporarily. The extension caused a lot of performance issues (causing an excessive load on databases hosting ruwikinews and hundreds of other wikis), and it was a choice between "about 900 sites can go down, but DPL would 'work', or ruwikinews is somehow broken, and all other 900 sites continue working".
Anyway, on a more positive side: Those issues happen approximately since last Sunday. If DPL is the true issue, that means ruwikinews had to change their DPL configuration on Sunday (or few days earlier). I'd appreciate any links to any recent changes of DPL configuration (=anything within the DPL tag), especially ones that cause more categories to be considered, more pages to be listed, or something similar. That would help me to review them for cause of the issue. I apologize for the inconvenience.
