Wiki-Smart Region project prepared an overview of International multilingual Wiki-popularity of Russia’s regions and their capitals for March 2020.

  • Machine-readable Wikidata items (WD, popular for analytics tools, bots and artificial intelligence solutions).
  • Multilingual Wikipedia articles (WP, popular reference for people, usually living outside respective regions).
  • Multilingual Wikivoyage articles (WV, popular guide for independent voyagers).
